Because there is already one non-free image in that article being used for identification you can't use that as a rationale for another non-free image.<p>If you wanted to include a second one you'd need '''reliably sourced''' commentary '''specifically''' concerning the logo <u>and it's visual appearance</u> in the article. Just adding a caption or a brief mention isn't enough. In other words, you'd need to find reliable sources which discuss the logo and it's visual appearance '''in the context of the subject of the article''', in sufficient depth that give it context and significance, enough that the reader would be disadvantaged by not having visual context for the image. If you think you can find that, let me know, and I might be able to help you construct something. You should desist from making obviously biased edits which go against the Wikipedia rules. Per WP:Naming conventions (Macedonia)#In article text ↗: "In historical contexts referring to events between 1992 and 2019, Wikipedia articles will continue to refer to the country by its then-current official name, i.e. "(Republic of) Macedonia"." Since the subject of the article was born in 1995, the rule applies here and the name of the state in which he was born should read 'Republic of Macedonia' or simply 'Macedonia'. :From what I remember, by leaving it to the default value, you let Wikipedia handle the size shown based on the device you browse from each time (laptop, mobile etc.), which usually offers a better experience.
