Please remember to sign ↗ your messages on talk page ↗s by typing four tildes ↗ (<nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions ↗, ask me on my talk page ↗, or ask your question on this page and then place <code><nowiki>{{help me}}</nowiki></code> before the question.
However, there is a small issue with your username. As it is not in Latin script ↗, it may be illegible to most other contributors to the English Wikipedia. Although usernames like yours are ''not'' prohibited, Wikipedia's signature guideline ↗ and username policy ↗ encourage you, as a courtesy to other users, to alter your signature so that it also includes a transliteration of your username using Latin characters, so others can see it correctly. Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Heather Templeton Dill ↗

A tag has been placed on :Heather Templeton Dill ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate ↗ how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable ↗.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. I assume that your deletion efforts are done in good faith. But I cannot accept that you delete most of an article on a company that influenced the whole Microchip industry, deeming it non-notable. Imho the warnings especially on the citations are good enough to motivate other Wikipedians to improve the article.
Since you mention to be based in California, I would appreciate that you mention some background in your User Page, preferably in English, so I can better understand your qualifications in the field that you address. VMzB (talk) 11:02, 28 December 2024 (UTC)
:I ran across the article while resolving issues with promotional articles from :Category:Articles with a promotional tone from December 2024 ↗, so my intention was to remove excessive unsourced content to resolve that issue. Draftification
Hello, लॉस एंजिल्स लेखक,
If you are going to draftify articles from main space to Draft space, then please review WP:DRAFTIFY ↗ CAREFULLY so you are properly following Wikipedia guidelines. For example, you can not draftify an article that is older than 90 days or that has been draftified before. And you should always notify the article creator that you moved the article to Draft space. There are scripts, like User:MPGuy2824/MoveToDraft or User:Mr. Stradivarius/gadgets/Draftify, that make this notification process easier.
If you have questions, please bring them to the Teahouse ↗. Thank you. <span style="font-family:Papyrus; color:#800080;">'''''L'''''iz</span> '''''Read!''''' ↗ '''''Talk!''''' 03:13, 5 January 2025 (UTC)

Hi I notice you keep deleting large quantities of information from Responsible Travel ↗ with no explanation. I'm guessing it's to address the promotional content tag, however factual information about a company backed by independent high-quality sources is not promotional content. :Hi @Hipal: I have replied to you on the talk pages of both articles where you re-added the tags. In both cases, I believe I was following WP:WTRMT ↗ which states that editors can remove POV-related tags when there is no discussion or stale discussion. For Gillian Griffiths ↗, I think WP:DRIVEBY ↗ is applicable for the resume tag ↗ since I do not see how the article is overly promotional and it is not explained (the only obviously promotional thing is the Royal Society nomination statement which is properly attributed). For Jeffrey Sachs ↗, I am open to feedback if you feel 3+ months is insufficient to consider a discussion "dormant" although I think in internet years it is long enough.
:For context, I found both articles in :Category:Articles with a promotional tone from January 2025 ↗ which I am working my way through. 🄻🄰 ↗ 17:29, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

January 8 Edits
Thank you for your recent contributions.
I noticed that you recently removed content ↗ from the Hubstaff ↗ article, including changes to the page description and the removal of sources that explain how the software functions. At this time, there doesn’t appear to be a detailed edit summary explaining the rationale behind these changes.
Could you please clarify the reasoning for the removals and confirm whether the relevant sources were reviewed before the edits were made? Providing a clear edit summary ↗ would be helpful so other editors can better understand the basis for these changes.
While reviewing your Talk page, I also noticed similar concerns raised by other users regarding unexplained removals of company-related content. Given that multiple editors appear to be encountering the same issue, this seems worth discussing openly.
You also mentioned a potential conflict of interest (COI), which is understandable. However, the affiliation was disclosed in advance on the Hubstaff Talk page, along with supporting sources, under “Proposed update to introduction (COI disclosure).”
I’d appreciate any clarification you can provide so we can work toward an accurate, well-sourced, and policy-compliant article.
Thank you! Rashika Mukherjee (talk) 19:44, 9 January 2026 (UTC)
