Hyderabad FC/SC Delhi



Although Hyderabad FC has relocated to Delhi and renamed themselves, they're considered two separate clubs by AIFF and AFC. Do not do problematic major edits like that without establishing a consensus, this has been discussed many times before already. You cannot use current "successor" teams for past events, not to mention the claim that 17 trophies has been won in 16 editions.
