Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page :List of Church of Scotland parishes ↗ has been reverted.<br />Your edit here ↗ to List of Church of Scotland parishes ↗ was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline ↗. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.strathaven-east-church.webs.com/<!-- matching the regex rule ↗ \bwebs\.com\b) -->) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.<br />If you were trying to insert an external link ↗ that does comply with our policies ↗ and guidelines ↗, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo ↗ the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline ↗ for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Speedy deletion nomination of Claremont Parish Church
Hello Arossmorrison,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Claremont Parish Church ↗ for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can <span class="plainlinks">'''Parish Church}}&action=edit§ion=new&preload=Template:Hangon_preload&preloadtitle=This+page+should+not+be+speedy+deleted+because...+ contest this deletion ↗'''</span>, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page ↗ if you have questions. '''<span style="color:black;">T</span><span style="color:orange;">K</span><span style="color:gray;">K</span>''' <small>bark</small> <i><big>!</big></i> 14:50, 25 May 2013 (UTC)
Proposed deletion ↗ of Claremont Parish Church ↗
left|link=|48px| ↗
The article Claremont Parish Church ↗ has been proposed for deletion ↗ because of the following concern:
:'''No indication of notability.'''
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons ↗.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary ↗ or on the article's talk page ↗.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process ↗, but other deletion process ↗es exist. In particular, the speedy deletion ↗ process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion ↗ allows discussion to reach consensus ↗ for deletion.<!-- Template:Proposed deletion notify --> <span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS; color:blue; font-variant:small-caps;">'''TransporterMan'''</span> (<span style="font-family:Trebuchet MS; font-size:x-small;">TALK</span>) 17:21, 3 October 2013 (UTC)

Reason for Topics in Series J, and other Series of QI, being removed
Owing to a user pointing out that people have made a misconception to what should be put into each episode of QI, all Topic sections were deleted. They do not work with the polices of WP:YESPOV ↗, nor do they conform with WP:CCPOL ↗, as all the topic sections contained "Original Reasearch" which is not allowed on Wikipedia.
As a result, to make the subpages comply to these, the Topics were all removed. Only information on Broadcast Dates, Recording Dates, Panellists (Appearances and Scores included), Themes, Tasks, and Notes, can be put in. Nothing about Topics can be put in. To find out more, it is best to check this subject of QI's Talk page ↗ <small><span class="autosigned">— Preceding unsigned ↗ comment added by GUtt01 (talk • contribs ↗) 09:50, 29 September 2015 (UTC)</span></small><!-- Template:Unsigned --> <!--Autosigned by SineBot-->

Hi,<br>
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election ↗. The Arbitration Committee ↗ is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process ↗. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans ↗, topic bans ↗, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy ↗ describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge ↗
Hi, at Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge ↗ we're striving to bring about 10,000 article improvements and creations for the UK and Ireland and inspire others to create more content. In order to achieve this we need diversity of content, in all parts of the UK and Ireland on all topics. Eventually a regional contest will be held for all parts of the British Isles, like they were for Wales and the Wedt Country. We currently have just over 1900 articles and need contributors! If you think you'd be interested in collaborating on this and helping reach the target quicker, please sign up and begin listing your entries there as soon as possible! Thanks.♦ --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 13:40, 28 September 2016 (UTC)

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge ↗ has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge ↗. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic) ↗. For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon ↗, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --<span style="font-family:Old English Text MT;">Ser Amantio di Nicolao</span>''Che dicono a Signa?'' ↗'''Lo dicono a Signa.''' ↗ 02:20, 6 November 2016 (UTC)

WikiProject Women in Red/The World Contest ↗
Hi. This month The Women in Red World Contest ↗ is being held to try to produce new articles for as many countries worldwide and occupations as possible. There is over £3000 in prizes to win, including Amazon vouchers and paid subscriptions. Wikimedia UK is putting up £250 specifically for editors who produce the most quality new women bios for British women, with special consideration given to missing notable biographies ↗ from the Oxford Dictionary of Biography and Welsh Dictionary of Biography. If you're not interested in prize money yourself but are willing to participate independently this is also fine, but please add any articles created to the bottom of the main contest page even if not competing. Your participation in the contest and contributing articles on British women from your area or wherever would we much appreciated. Thanks.

I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi Arossmorrison. Thank you for your work on Didasko ↗. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol ↗ and left the following comment:
{{Bq|1=Thanks for creating this relatively young Presbyterian presbytery. It is rather thinly sourced (ignoring the sources supporting facts that are assoicated with Didasko itself), but it does form a place to discuss the 7 churches associted with it. It is appropriately linked from elsewhere.}}
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{code|<nowiki>{{Re|</nowiki>Klbrain<nowiki>}}</nowiki>}}. <small>(Message delivered via the Page Curation ↗ tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)</small><!-- Template:Sentnote-NPF -->

Wikipedia and copyright
30px|link=|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello Arossmorrison! Your additions to :Highland Theological College ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted ↗ content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible ↗ copyright license—''to request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues. Here are the key points:
- '''Limited quotation:''' You may only copy or translate a ''small'' portion of a source. Any direct quotations ↗ must be enclosed in double quotation mark ↗s (") and properly cited using an inline citation ↗. More information is available on the non-free content page ↗. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners ↗.
- '''Paraphrasing:''' Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information ''in your own words''. Following the source's wording too closely can lead to copyright issues ↗ and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing ↗. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources ↗ as appropriate.
- '''Image use guidelines:''' In most scenarios, only freely licensed ↗ or public domain ↗ images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons ↗. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria ↗; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide ↗ may help with determining a file's eligibility.
- '''Copyrighted material donation:''' If ''you'' hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you ''may'' be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗.
- '''Copying and translation within Wikipedia:''' Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. For translation, see {{section link|Help:Translation|Licensing}}.
