Orphaned non-free image File:Superior 100 Mile Race logo on a belt buckle.jpg
35px|text-top|left|⚠|link= ↗ Thanks for uploading ''':File:Superior 100 Mile Race logo on a belt buckle.jpg ↗'''. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use ↗. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media ↗).
Note that any non-free images not used in any '''articles''' will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗. Disambiguation link notification for January 9
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of non-professional marathon runners ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Melvin Carter ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

Lauren Hagans
Hi, Aschbrenn. This is Lauren Hagans. Would you kindly remove all of the details of my personal life from this wiki page you wrote about me. My personal life is no one's business, especially not yours. So please remove all of it, including the "previously Lauren Paquette" at the top. And a lot of the other details in your article are wrong. Thanks. 47.215.150.40 ↗ (talk) 00:42, 15 July 2025 (UTC)
:Hi. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
:I make no pretense to be a journalist, but rather a contributing author of encyclopedia articles. I assure you that I'm a nobody, but I enjoy running and contribute to Wikipedia when I can because American distance running has a LOT of gaps. I believe Wikipedia is a net good by making information more easily accessible.
:If any of the information is inaccurate, I'm more than happy to make corrections. All of the information is derived from newspaper articles and podcasts per the citations, as Wikipedia is not a primary source.
:As to deleting information, I feel that as a public figure and professional athlete who has been widely written about there is more than enough justification to have an article. As such, any decision to delete the article is above my station.
:I'm a huge fan and completely understand the desire to lead a private life, so I'm honestly flummoxed as to what to do. I assure you I intend no disrespect whatsoever. Aschbren (talk) 02:19, 15 July 2025 (UTC)
::Hi, thank you for the reply - I only really care about the "personal life" section. I tried to remove those parts and I hope the attempt holds but I'm not familiar with Wikipedia's editing rules. I appreciate the interest in women's running in general, so thank you for that but I don't see how those details of my personal life add to American distance running, and truthfully felt mostly unncessary. I'm mostly just interested in a solution so hopefully that works. 47.215.150.40 ↗ (talk) 04:24, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
:::Didn't you write the original article? Couldn't you have edited that out simply because I asked you to? If so, that seems like the correct move. 47.215.150.40 ↗ (talk) 04:36, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
::::I do not owe American distance running any more of my personal life than I am willing to put out there on my own terms. So, please respect my edits. 47.215.150.40 ↗ (talk) 04:40, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
Proposed deletion ↗ of :Lauren Hagans ↗
left|link=|alt=Notice|48px| ↗
The article :Lauren Hagans ↗ has been proposed for deletion ↗ because of the following concern:
<blockquote>'''Fails WP:NTRACK ↗, coupled with an apparent WP:BLPREQUESTDELETE ↗ at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard#Lauren Hagans ↗'''</blockquote>
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons ↗.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary ↗ or on the article's talk page ↗.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process ↗, but other deletion process ↗es exist. In particular, the speedy deletion ↗ process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion ↗ allows discussion to reach consensus ↗ for deletion.<!-- Template:Proposed deletion notify --> Nat Gertler (talk) 13:44, 16 July 2025 (UTC)
