This edit ↗ caught my eye. I've noted a lot of edits similar yo this changing flags in Philippines articles across a number of articles. I don't want to get drawn into this but, in this specific case, what about Chapter IV of RA8491 ↗ and Executive Order No. 310 s/2004 ↗? ::@Wtmitchell Replying once more, I also would like to add that the executive order and RA were made LATER than the subject of the article (i.e. History of the Philippines from 1965-1985).
