:Hi {{u|Atrivo}}, you removed the PROD tag (which in and of itself is okay as the message above says) in Diff/1350253169 ↗ with the edit summary {{Tqq|modifications made to address}}, but in the previous edit you said {{tqq|only the final edit seemed to spark concern}} in the edit summary and that is incorrect. The problem with the article was not some specific part or section of it, the problem is that it was generated using AI, in contravention to the WP:NOLLM ↗ guideline. What I pointed out in the PROD tag is {{emph|merely a symptom}}, it {{emph|is not}} the problem itself. Someone else has since changed the article into a redirect, so this problem is now moot, but I wanted to remind you of the NOLLM guideline and ask if you could commit to stop using AI for your contributions to English Wikipedia? ::Going forward I will make sure my contributions are based on direct review and manual summarization of reliable sources in line with English Wikipedia expectations. I wish I had thought of integrating it as part of the larger nursing topic at the time although I am somewhat unclear on how the AI-generation ban is being applied if essentially the same text is acceptable once merged elsewhere. I went and took a closer look at the merge; looks like {{u|Klbrain}} rewrote the first sentence, and deleted the "''Behavioral and mental health care''" and "''Relationship to levels of care''" sections, but left the rest. I went and removed AI-generated text: Diff/1351036484 ↗. Reworked it and kept the sentence that was already rewritten by Klbrain, trimming the whole thing down to one paragraph. You are absolutely correct though, the NOLLM guideline does prohibit including AI-generated text anywhere, and the text was not acceptable in the :Nursing assessment ↗ article either.
