When? VehicleandWeatherEnthusiast2022 (talk) 16:39, 31 March 2021 (UTC)

When is the event? VehicleandWeatherEnthusiast2022 (talk) 16:39, 31 March 2021 (UTC)

Is there any tea at the teahouse? Because I am not a fan of tea. I prefer water or Gatorade. Also, what time does the teahouse event start, because I have school and school work. VehicleandWeatherEnthusiast2022 (talk) 16:44, 31 March 2021 (UTC)

What are you talking about? I reverted your edits once on both pages. As I explained in my edit summaries they redirect to another article. They don’t have independent notability so they can’t be on the page. Rusted AutoParts 17:55, 18 September 2021 (UTC)

So I read the comments you left on my talk page. You can "hate" WP:BOLD ↗ and be as "sensitive" and "upset" as you'd like to be, but I have every right to be bold and merge a non-notable storm's article if I wish. Considering my edit seems to have bothered you greatly, I'll open up a discussion on whether the article should be kept so we can get community input rather than edit war. JayTee ↗⛈️ 22:27, 28 October 2024 (UTC)

:I am sorry, and yes, a discussion is a good idea.
:AwesomeAndEpicGamer (talk) 22:29, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
:It seems you've merged Beatriz's article already so if you wish to open a larger community discussion (assuming you still support keeping the article) on the 2023PHS page feel free to. JayTee ↗⛈️ 22:30, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
::I don’t know how unfortunately to add new discussions on Wikipedia. Is it possible for you to do it? Thanks
::AwesomeAndEpicGamer (talk) 22:31, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
:::I would like to start a discussion about moving an existing article. How do I start one and add a discussion tag to the article?
:::It was for Tropical Storm Harold —> Tropical Storm Harold (2023). AwesomeAndEpicGamer (talk) 22:42, 28 October 2024 (UTC)
::::Why did you have to kind of be like that? I am NOT familiar with that stuff. You expect perfection. You were like "Then figure out how to add a template or ask another user how to, don't add text back to the top of the article that shouldn't be there"
::::AwesomeAndEpicGamer (talk) 10:19, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
:::::In the future if you wish to get my attention on a talk page ping me by putting @, then my username so I can see what you messaged me. Sorry if I came off as rude on Harold's talk page. All I'm trying to tell you is that it's important for you to figure out how to do certain functions on Wikipedia, such as adding those templates or starting a conversation on a talk page regarding a proposed name change. I'm happy to tell you how to do it, but doing it for you means you won't learn how to. You can also look up how to perform certain actions online, Wikipedia has tons of helpful pages for learning how to do different types of edits. JayTee ↗⛈️ 03:21, 4 November 2024 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics

{{ivmbox | image = Commons-emblem-notice.svg |imagesize=50px | bg = #E5F8FF | text = You have recently edited a page related to '''articles about living or recently deceased people ↗, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles''', a topic designated as '''''contentious ↗'''''. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as ''contentious topics''. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee ↗. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators ↗ have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics ''procedures'', you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard ↗ or you may learn more about this contentious topic here ↗. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{tl|Ctopics/aware}} template. tony 16:21, 12 September 2025 (UTC)
}}

Hello Tony, I am sorry. If we already know who the person of interest is (and likely the killer of Charlie Kirk) then why is it a BLP violation, even though it is everywhere in the news?

Also I used the talk page because I thought it would have been okay to put the person of interest there first before putting it in the main article, because talk page edits are for discussing the article and they are different than article edits. I don’t understand, I am sorry. AwesomeAndEpicGamer (talk) 21:36, 12 September 2025 (UTC)

:I see it now, on the BLP page, I am sorry Tony.
