2025 Quebec City municipal election
Why make the party Respect Citoyens in 5th place. They are 2nd to 3rd in the pollings. And why the names in english, they are French? I would appreciate less LBQTQ activism and better neutrality. Thank you. TheGreenGiant23 (talk) 11:30, 6 October 2025 (UTC)
: Why is it there only 2 colored candidates in the mayor section, both far-left parties? I tried to find the template, but i couldn't. How do you mark colors for the other candidates? TheGreenGiant23 (talk) 11:42, 6 October 2025 (UTC)
::Places will be changed once the results are counted in. During each electoral campaign, Wikipedia elections pages show parties as per seat standing at dissolution and previous electoral results. As Respect citoyens has only one city councillor for the moment + wasn't participating in the last election, that's why it is now placed 5th. But again, once an election is over, parties in the top right table of pages are always replaced in order as per seats won.
::Regarding the mayor section, I don't know how to add a templated party color. The two parties that are already set are like this because they were both campaigning in 2021 and someone did it at that time.
::So please : stop your LGBT-phobia and your conspiracy theories. BChartrand (talk) 23:01, 6 October 2025 (UTC)
:::"Regarding the mayor section, I don't know how to add a templated party color."
:Its not an excuse to not remove all the colors, or including all the colors, its one or the other.
:Obviously, you are taking advantage of this to play at victimization, my goal was simply to denounce the fact that the left and far left parties with a militant discourse which corresponds to your modifications were put forward, so there is no phobia of anything, it is you who establish a political narrative framework, whether you are aware of it or not.
:According to your logic, respect citoyens should be in 4th position, they have more members and previous votes as a former party called Priorité Québec, than TQ. And I removed all the colors to maintain neutrality. These colors are biased, subjective and can lead to confusion for readers. 08:17, 12 October 2025 (UTC) TheGreenGiant23 (talk) 08:17, 12 October 2025 (UTC)
