Wikilinking countries

Hi, re edits like this one ↗, MOS:OL ↗ says "major examples of the following categories should generally not be linked: Countries (e.g., Brazil/Brazilian, Canada/Canadian, China/Chinese)". I don't find this very helpful, because what is one person's idea of a "major example" may not be another's. However, I think that Russia, Korea, and Japan, in addition to the directly mentioned China, are probably "major", so I wouldn't wikilink them now (although I have in the past, before being referred to MOS:OL ↗). Peter coxhead (talk) 13:04, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
:Thank you for pointing me to MOS:OL ↗. I feel now that I understand how to wikilink better. Best Regards, <span style="border:1px solid black;color:black; padding:1px;background:#CEE6F2"><small>'' Barbara ''</small></span><small>✐</small><small>✉</small> ↗ 13:16, 2 June 2026 (UTC)

Selina Wamucii

I saw you had used selinawamucii.com as a source in ''Guzmania betancurii ↗''; there are many incorrect facts given on Selina Wamacuii's plant pages, and it appears to be hallucinated LLM content and should not be used as a source.

It was discussed previously at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Plants/Archive77#Depreciating_Selina_Wamucii_as_a_source ↗. Plantdrew (talk) 20:34, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
:Thanks for letting me know. I will go back to the article and edit out the content and ref...unless you already have done that. I know that I already let you know how helpful you are. Thanks again. Best Regards, <span style="border:1px solid black;color:black; padding:1px;background:#CEE6F2"><small>'' Barbara ''</small></span><small>✐</small><small>✉</small> ↗ 20:46, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
