About Draft:Tan Thiam Soon ↗
I think the creator either has WP:FLOUNCE ↗d or is experiencing extreme WP:ANI flu ↗; they do not appear to have edited since requesting assistance at WP:AFCHD ↗ (see Special:Contributions/~2026-44975-0 ↗) Whyiseverythingalreadyused (t · c ↗ · he/him ↗) 13:45, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
:Yes indeed. Hopefully the creator comes back to complete the draft. BenTanXiaoMing (talk) 15:27, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
::Actually, I don't think it's my first time seeing a NOTHERE-draft-decline-AFCHD-flounce situation

Re: Claudette Groenendaal submission
Hello, I keep getting different opinions from different editors. With one of my earlier submissions of the article, I was told the subject meets criteria for consideration as a Track and Field athlete, but just to clean up laudatory language, which I did. I was also told to increase number of sources; pretty sure I have enough secondary sources and correct format of footnotes/inline citations, but maybe I'm still doing this wrong? The subject is definitely more accomplished than some other track athlete subject/pages, but maybe rules/requirements have gotten more strict? Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Us183sub4 (talk) 21:56, 21 February 2026 (UTC)
:Hello! Apologies for the late reply. I added some sources that may help with the article. Some of the citations are not reliable, such as IMDb, and should not be used. Many of the sources are bare, and sources used repeatedly in the article should be duplicated. I believe your draft is almost there! Try referencing other athletes' pages to see what else can be improved. BenTanXiaoMing (talk) 22:00, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

35px|text-top|left|⚠|link= ↗ Thanks for uploading ''':File:Stanley Toft Stewart.jpg ↗'''. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use ↗. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media ↗).
Note that any non-free images not used in any '''articles''' will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:03, 23 May 2026 (UTC)
Wikipedia and copyright
30px|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello BenTanXiaoMing! Your additions to :Draft:Industrial Arbitration Court ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted ↗ content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible ↗ copyright license—''to request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues. Here are the key points:
- '''Limited quotation:''' You may only copy or translate a ''small'' portion of a source. Any direct quotations ↗ must be enclosed in double quotation mark ↗s (") and properly cited using an inline citation ↗. More information is available on the non-free content page ↗. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners ↗.
- '''Paraphrasing:''' Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information ''in your own words''. Following the source's wording too closely can lead to copyright issues ↗ and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing ↗. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources ↗ as appropriate.
- '''Image use guidelines:''' In most scenarios, only freely licensed ↗ or public domain ↗ images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons ↗. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria ↗; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide ↗ may help with determining a file's eligibility.
- '''Copyrighted material donation:''' If ''you'' hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you ''may'' be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗.
- '''Copying and translation within Wikipedia:''' Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. For translation, see {{section link|Help:Translation|Licensing}}.
