The immediate answer to your question is "no" but I admit that I have not carefully read the guideline you sent; I am more into the "Manual of Style." I will do that and get back to you, but it make take some time as I am undergoing surgery next week for a knee replacement and will wait to respond post-pain killers. Thanks again.
