SPI archive notice parameters

Hey Beta Beta Beta, thanks for your reports at SPI recently; they've been appreciated. I will ask that you please don't modify the archive notice parameters for SPI cases (example ↗), as that is generally a task for clerks and CUs. In this case there is not a significant history of talk page abuse (being only one account that has had TPA revoked thus far), and the hope is that there might not be a general need for it.
