This includes the authority to impose site bans ↗, topic bans ↗, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy ↗ describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hi BiblioGator! I noticed that you recently made an edit and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit ↗" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typo ↗s or reverting obvious vandalism ↗. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Kj cheetham (talk) 21:39, 5 February 2026 (UTC)
:Hi, I'm not sure which edit(s) this is in reference to, but I reviewed the page about minor edits as a reminder. I think I did have some misunderstanding about that. I'll be more careful about that in the future, thanks! BiblioGator (talk) 12:35, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
::Hi, apologies for my slow response! I'm afraid I don't remember which I originally had in mind, but this ↗ is an example. Generally best to err on the side of caution and not mark as minor if unsure. Keep up the good work overall though! -Kj cheetham (talk) 15:03, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
:::Thanks for clarifying! BiblioGator (talk) 15:58, 11 February 2026 (UTC)
