Deletions

Can you explain why you made these ↗ deletions ↗? Because, you know, you didn't explain your changes to these controversial articles.

I think you will have to admit that there are multiple 'sides' who would like to change perceptions and, um, facts, about pretty much anything to do with Taiwan and such. You can not just change things, especially long-standing text, without explaining your reasoning. Shenme (talk) 06:06, 11 December 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for February 3

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cultured pearl ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Mantle ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 05:49, 3 February 2024 (UTC)

Sourcing

Regarding the edit summary of this edit you made ↗, on Wikipedia you must cite reliable sources ↗ when you add new content. Wikipedia is not a reliable source for Wikipedia; it is a circular reference ↗. There is no "reluctance to read the content of [a Wikipedia] article"; editors are not supposed to be citing other Wikipedias. Your assumption that the revert was made "based on mood" also speaks to a lack of understanding of my previous comment and sourcing policies on Wikipedia. You have comments dating back at least 7 years; please take a moment to understand the sourcing policies on this site. <big><span style="color:#757575; font-family:Consolas, monospace">''Yue''</span>🌙</big> 16:16, 25 April 2024 (UTC)

Disruptive editing on the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ↗ page

You appear to be making politically motivated edits that are not constructive, and are in fact vandalism.

For example, your most recent edit ↗ to the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ↗ page, in which you simply deleted an entire section about Kennedy's political views without a stated reason.

Stop now or you will likely be blocked. 172.56.10.53 ↗ (talk) 08:12, 5 September 2025 (UTC)

:Being questioned by an IP account is a bit subtle. I've left three relevant links intact, two of which are combined above, another link has been moved to the relevant paragraph based on multiple citations, please read it carefully. Cbls1911 (talk) 09:33, 5 September 2025 (UTC)

Seal/logo

Hi, Cbls1911,{{pb}}I recently altered the edit that you made to the United States Department of Defense ↗ article. There is prior consensus ↗ that the "war" seal and logo should be prioritized over the "defense" logo/seal. However, I do personally like having both available to view, so I simply defaulted the images to the "war" files rather than completely revert. While I primarily wanted to let you know about the previous consensus, I did also want to thank you for adding the switcher, I think it was a good change. Thanks for your time! {{emdash}} '''MWFwiki''' (talk) 03:15, 5 February 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=icon ↗ Please stop your disruptive editing ↗.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at :Larry Sanger ↗, you may be blocked from editing ↗. <!-- Template:uw-disruptive3 --> Binksternet (talk) 17:40, 21 March 2026 (UTC)

30px|alt=Stop icon ↗ Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an '''edit war ↗'''. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page's content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please ''stop editing the page'' and use the '''talk page ↗''' to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus ↗ among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished ↗. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard ↗ or seek dispute resolution ↗ such as a third opinion ↗. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection ↗ while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.

'''If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing ↗ Wikipedia'''&mdash;especially if you violate the three-revert rule ↗, which states that an editor ''must not perform more than three reverts ↗ on a single page within a 24-hour period''. Undoing another editor's work&mdash;whether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each time&mdash;counts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring&mdash;'''even if you do not violate the three-revert rule'''&mdash; if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page.<!-- Template:uw-3rr --> Onorem (talk) 19:16, 21 March 2026 (UTC)
