Thanks for uploading :File:Luckington from OS 1899 -1901 series map.jpg ↗. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. talk page etiquette

Hi, CenfusRex. I noticed you've been changing some talk page use of "Alternate" to "alternative" at Talk:Alternate successions to the English throne ↗. In general, it's considered bad form to correct other people's comments, even when they are in error. In this case, the comments are not actually in error - one meaning of the adjective "alternate" is as a synonym for "alternative". john k (talk) 17:29, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

Exhibit

To each his own, but "exhibit" ↗ to refer to the overall show is pretty common North American usage, attested to the 19th century. Its even a draft sense in the latest OED edition. I don't have any intention of reverting since either way is fine, but I felt compelled to speak in its defense. Sauzer (talk) 21:01, 22 February 2021 (UTC)

Curly apostrophes and quotation marks

Please do not use these and definitely do not change straight marks to curly ones. That is directly counter to Wikipedia's Manual of Style ↗. Thanks! -- Fyrael (talk) 21:01, 30 June 2022 (UTC)

Hyphenation

I noticed an edit inserting nonstandard punctuation into an article.

The change was reverted.

Addendum: i quick-checked some of your recent edits and noticed you are struggling with punctuation and grammar usage.
I might suggest coming to a further understanding of the same, to keep from making these time-consuming errors.

Have a wikipedia day,
