Lloyd Expressway
Do you live in Evansville, or Southwestern Indiana? I've lived here for nearly 20 years and for as long as I have lived here, The Lloyd Expressway is usually referred to as '''The Lloyd''' and is even often called '''Lloyd Boulevard''' Rhatsa26X (talk) 11:43 30, March 2014 (CDT)

Re: My edits to WPTD ↗
You might want to talk with Miss {{ping|Sammi Brie}} about this. Also, WPTD and WPTO ↗ are both good articles ↗. You want to keep them that way. And your talk page is getting long, so I added an archive bot. Mvcg66b3r (talk) 05:40, 29 December 2025 (UTC)
:I'd like to reply to Chas and to you, @Mvcg66b3r.
:Let me get the subchannels and editing section out of the way. You are lucky to get detailed articles on subchannel changes in 2025, so generally information on changes does not remain in an article. There is a reason this structure is not the norm. It's because, well, there's only one John Kiesewetter-type left out there basically. Changes don't usually get media attention now. I'm not sure how to feel, and I'm up late, so I will defer my thoughts on this.
:The other thing I'd like to point out—really, the reason I reply now—is that you, Mvcg, adding an archival bot to a user's talk page, even in good faith, is against our guidelines. WP:OWNTALK ↗ states, {{tq|The length of user talk pages, and the need for archiving, is left up to each editor's own discretion.}} This was not a decision for you to make. Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c ↗) 06:23, 29 December 2025 (UTC)
::I think you're OK to expand on article details if you can find reasonably reliable sources ↗, used cautiously. Granted, I have paid access to local media sources for this article, but some sourcing was older than even their paywall archives; that was likely available behind the newspapers.com paywall. OTOH, I was skeptical about virtual channel claims for KRHD-CD ↗, finding the primary sourcing suspect. So I had an offline exchange with Mark, the webmaster of RabbitEars, about the primacy of FCC data in such matters and edited that article accordingly.
::I'm fairly confident that adding some subchannel info & moving a bit of prose to what, IMHO, are more logical and readable locations shouldn't endanger GA status for this or WPTO ↗.
::I didn't mind Mvcg's archiving of my Talk page; I'm letting it stand. However, a PRIOR heads-up would have been courteous; plus I had to take time to research what turned out to be the unbelievably simple way to add an archive box to my Talk. Thanks!
