Welcome!

Hello, Dh16dh, and welcome ↗ to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as 2015 Johan Cruijff Schaal ↗, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines ↗, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called '''Your first article ↗'''. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the '''Teahouse ↗''', where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type '''{{tl|help me}}''' on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian ↗! Please sign your name ↗ on talk pages using four tildes (<nowiki>~~~~</nowiki>); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions ↗ or ask me on my talk page. <!-- Template:First article --> Again, welcome!&nbsp;- Mr ↗X ↗ 15:36, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

Fastest Lap in Half Points Race

Do you know for sure if the fastest lap points are awarded in full for a half points race or are they also halved? I'll go through the sporting regulations if you're not 100% sure. It'll be a good task for while FP3 is on in the background. Just let me know, thanks! 107.126.126.37 ↗ (talk) 09:58, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
:No I don't know for sure but I made the assumption. Would be great if you could verify while nothing happens on track in FP3. Thanks Dh16dh (talk) 10:05, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
I checked the sporting regulations and there's no definitive language one way or another as far as I can tell. I'll link you to it to see what you think, but I think the best thing to do might be to leave it as it is and wait and see if it's scored differently on the official F3 website. Here's the relevant part of the sporting regulations at https://imgur.com/a/V10A2jX with §6.5 being the one in particular. I don't see any language that seems to directly address the question at hand. 2600:380:E8FA:CA1A:8C8A:96A9:F75F:779C ↗ (talk) 10:16, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

Sorry for the multiple posts/updates. The fastest lap points were also halved per FIA scoring on the F3 website. At least we definitively know for the next time this happens! As precise as the FIA is with most of their regulations, I can't believe we managed to find a situation that we were unsure about for once! 2600:380:E8FA:CA1A:8C8A:96A9:F75F:779C ↗ (talk) 10:29, 11 July 2020 (UTC)
:Okay great. Thanks for letting me know. I'm assuming you or someone else has updated the F3 results correspondingly. Definitely good to know going forward as who knows. It might happen in the Formula 2 race as well. Dh16dh (talk) 11:08, 11 July 2020 (UTC)

2020 Hungaroring Formula 3 round ↗ moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, 2020 Hungaroring Formula 3 round ↗, does not have any sources or citations as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable ↗, independent sources ↗. <small>(? ↗)</small> Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability ↗ is of central importance ↗ on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace ↗ (with a prefix of "<code>Draft:</code>" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline ↗ and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Victor Schmidt (talk) 12:30, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
:Apologies. I created the page more so as a template such that the results of the race could be updated throughout the weekend. As there is little information available as of right now, I've included two citations. One that cites the status of the event within the greater context and a second citation that backs up what is written regarding what occurred during Qualifying. I'm not sure if this is enough to publish, or whether I should wait until later today when more concrete results are available. Dh16dh (talk) 13:20, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
