Hello! I reverted some vandalism from Suffragette ↗, and I think one of your edits got caught in the crossfire, but I can't seem to find it. Could you have a look and see if anything's missing? 81.105.48.31 00:04, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
:Thanks, but it is oke, my small contribution remains. Ellywa 10:55, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, I came here through the Dutch wiki, where I am currently kindof addicted to. Its nice!

Hoi.

Darkelf 10:45, Dec 18, 2003 (UTC)

Please check again your historical atlas. In 1686 Danzig was a biggest city of Polish Province of Royal Prussia, and this didn't change until 1793. Thanks in advance. Cautious 12:57, 13 Jan 2004 (UTC)

:For who does not understand this: Cautious is talking about Gabriel Fahrenheit ↗, where an edit war is going on. Ellywa 17:52, 13 Jan 2004 (UTC)

We need an article about the neologism spum ↗, which (according to the article) won't appear on the internet until next month? -- Wondering simply, Infrogmation 04:11, 26 Jan 2004 (UTC)

:Thanks, correction made. Ellywa 11:00, 26 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Believe me, I didn't mean to do that, I was just thinking in English too much. I'll have to go round and fix the Interwiki links, since I did it in the other languages I signed up for as well! Thanks for listing things on the Dutch VfD. David Newton 06:11, 21 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Why do you delete the thumbnails from the constellation entries? – Torsten Bronger 00:44, 11 Apr 2004 (UTC)

:The "tumbnails" were no real thumbnails, bur redirects to larger images. I replaced them, because the interwiki robot could not upload them automatically. I think I changed only one. I am now hoping the robot will be debugged. If you don't like it, it may be reverted (I saw you did this already). My apologies if I caused any inconvenience. Ellywa 01:13, 11 Apr 2004 (UTC)

Could you please put a more descriptive caption on the image you added to birefringence ↗? Thanks. —Steven G. Johnson 03:58, Apr 20, 2004 (UTC)

Article Licensing

Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license ↗ all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons ↗ Attribution-Share Alike (''CC-by-sa'') v1.0 and v2.0 License ↗s or into the public domain ↗ if they prefer. The ''CC-by-sa'' license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL ↗, but it allows '''other projects''', such as WikiTravel ↗, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 1000 ↗ Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at ''minimum'' those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "'''<nowiki>{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}</nowiki>'''" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace ↗. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:

:'''Option 1'''
:<nowiki>I agree to multi-license ↗ all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:</nowiki>
:<nowiki>{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}</nowiki>
'''OR'''
:'''Option 2'''
:<nowiki>I agree to multi-license ↗ all my contributions to any U.S. state ↗, county, or city article as described below:</nowiki>
:<nowiki>{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}</nowiki>

Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "'''<nowiki>{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}</nowiki>'''" with "'''<nowiki>{{MultiLicensePD}}</nowiki>'''". If you only prefer using the GFDL ↗, I would like to know that too. ''Please let me know'' what you think at my '''talk page'''. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- Ram-Man (comment ↗| talk)

Broken image

Your picture at :Image:Afbeelding Mauritshuis, Den Haag, juni 2003.JPG ↗ seems to be a broken image. Could you upload it again? While you're at it, could you add a image copyright tag ↗? You can use <nowiki>{{gfdl}}</nowiki> if you release it under the GFDL ↗, or <nowiki>{{fairuse}}</nowiki> if you claim fair use ↗, etc. Thanks so much, User:Ricky81682|Ricky81682 (talk) ↗ 01:58, Dec 20, 2004 (UTC)

Image licensing

Hi. I am currently reviewing license/copyright information of art images. I came across this image: :Image:Leeuwenjacht delacroix.jpg ↗ which User:Squash labeled as images of unknown source (Template:Unverified ↗. I think that given Delacroix passed away more than 100 years ago, the image could be tagged with Template:PD-art ↗, but I thought I would ask you first. Thank you for your attention, Tomos 13:27, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Interwiki for Thai cities

Recently you add Interwiki links for Thai cities. However the dutch article you link is a disambiguation page, while the German or English one are about the city. Thus I had to remove the links again. andy 22:05, 17 Feb 2005 (UTC)
:Sorry and thank you for restoring this. I am currently adding many links to dutch wikipedia, I try to avoid mistakes, but it is sometimes inevitable. Ellywa 16:18, 18 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Propaganda Poster Art Centre

250px|thumb|View of the interior of the museum ↗

The '''Propaganda Poster Art Centre''' is a museum located in Shanghai ↗ wich exhibits posters from the Maoist period of communist China, especially from the Cultural Revolution ↗ period.. The museum is located in the basement of an apartment building in Huashan Lu in the former French Concession ↗ area. It consists of only two rooms.

Many posters are showing Mao as the rising sun of the country. On other posters the western world is shown as the "bad guys", depicted with big noses.

The owner of the museum, Mr. Yang Pei Ming, is keeping the posters as they are to be seen as an art form. He started collecting the posters as a hobby, and he wants to preserve the posters for the future. The museum is visited mainly by tourists, as it is listed in The Lonely Planet ↗ guide.
