Nothing wrong with this page but if you create a new disambiguation page in the future, add <nowiki>{{disambig}}</nowiki> tag so the system recognizes it as one. Good work otherwise. Cheers.- Skysmith 10:46, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

64px|left|Image Copyright problem ↗
Thank you for uploading :Image:Corpusclock.jpg ↗. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright ↗ very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the '''license''' and the '''source''' of the image. If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link ↗.

left|40px ↗
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of :Armored Core: For Answer ↗, and it appears to be very similar to another wikipedia page: :Armored Core: for Answer ↗. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally moving or duplicating content, please be sure you have followed the procedure at Wikipedia:Splitting ↗ by acknowledging the duplication of material in edit summary ↗ to preserve attribution history.
This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 20:22, 25 January 2009 (UTC)

Proposed deletion ↗ of Northern Portrait ↗
<!--<includeonly>}}</includeonly>-->
left|link=|48px| ↗
The article Northern Portrait ↗ has been proposed for deletion ↗. The proposed-deletion notice added to the article should explain why.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons ↗.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary ↗ or on the article's talk page ↗.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{Tlc|proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process ↗, but other deletion process ↗es exist. In particular, the speedy deletion ↗ process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion ↗ allows discussion to reach consensus ↗ for deletion.<!-- Template:Proposed deletion notify --> CharlieDelta (talk) 20:22, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
What did you think about the deletion notice you received?
Hi Erik Kennedy,
In December you received a message about either "Nomination for deletion" or "Proposed deletion" of an article you created. I'd like to ask you a few quick questions:
# Was the message helpful? Were the instructions clear and easy to follow?
# If not, how do you think the message could be improved?
# What do you think about the deletion process in general? Do you understand how to contest a deletion?
You can feel free to answer on my talk page or send me your response by email (mpinchuk{{@}}wikimedia.org). (I won't quote you or link your answers to your username if you don't feel comfortable with that.) Your feedback is incredibly useful for improving the content of deletion notifications, so please take a minute to think about and answer these questions. Thank you! File permission problem with File:Rivalspic8.png
64px|left|alt=|link= ↗
Thanks for uploading ''':File:Rivalspic8.png ↗'''. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.
If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
- make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA ↗ or another acceptable free license (see this list ↗) '''at the site of the original publication'''; or
- Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to '''permissions-en@wikimedia.org''', stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here ↗. If you take this step, add {{tl|OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to '''permissions-en@wikimedia.org'''.
If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content ↗, use a tag such as {{tl|non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use ↗, and add a rationale ↗ justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags ↗ for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in [{{fullurl:Special:Log|type=upload&user=Erik_Kennedy}} your upload log]. '''Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged''', as described on criteria for speedy deletion ↗. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy ↗. The Georgia Strait
Please see :Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#Capitalization_of_.22The.22 ↗ and the paper's article is at :the Georgia Strait ↗ and so putting the lower case "the" outside the link is ridiculous and goes against :MOS:LINKING ↗. :Wikipedia's style guide is ''pretty'' vague about this, as far as I can see. As opposed to ''The Chicago Manual of Style'', 16th ed., 8.168, which explicitly recommends that any initial 'the' in the titles of periodicals (journals, magazines, and newspapers) be subsumed by the surrounding text or simply dropped, depending on circumstances. But I'm not going to die on this hill. The sane way to resolve this disagreement is to capitalise the 'The' within the italicised title and be done with it. Which is what I've done. Hope this seems all right to you! --Erik Kennedy (talk) 08:26, 12 January 2017 (UTC)

Problems with upload of File:The-class-of-covid-19-cover-fair-use-resolution.jpg
Thanks for uploading ''':File:The-class-of-covid-19-cover-fair-use-resolution.jpg ↗'''. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list ↗, click on this link ↗, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions ↗. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 03:30, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

Greetings
Kia ora Erik. I saw your recent edit on the Te Kaha ↗ page a few days ago, I saw your user page and it seems you are based in Christchurch. I didn't know that before - I'm also based in Christchurch (but periodically travel abroad). Are you interested in catching up with other Wikipedians? There are monthly meetups going on and usually five people attend. User:Giantflightlessbirds usually hosts the meetups. :-) <span style="font-family:cursive;color:DarkBlue;cursor:help"><span>Alexeyevitch</span>(talk)</span> 11:12, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
