{{unblock reviewed|accept=It appears that {{u|Oshwah}} has unblocked you. <sup style="font-size: 5pt;color:#999">!ɘM γɿɘυϘ</sup><span style="font-size:7pt;color: #fff;background:#900;border:2px solid #999">⅃ϘƧ</span> 08:55, 18 June 2021 (UTC)|1=I should be unblocked because only one account was what you call my sockpuppet which is '''Blurz''' an alternative account I never really used. The account '''RBTWI19-620827''' is not my account but I do know who that is and we edited Wikipedias together but I suppose in that definition its still a "sockpuppet" of mine because we coordinated with each other. All of the other accounts that are suspected of being sockpuppets of me (Excel23) I have no idea who they are and so should not be included in that list. Since I have been on here for 10 years I ''really'' do not want to be suspended since I put so much work into Wikipedia. I enjoy doing work on Wikipedia. I enjoy making edits even if they are minor. I enjoy taking photos and putting them on here for articles. Because I put so much work into Wikipedia as you can see I don't want to lose my account and my progress. For further transparency, I have placed on my profile two articles whose subjects I have a conflict of interest with (Leslie Nicholas Sr. and Leslie Nicholas Jr.) I decided to make them Wikipedias basically for the fun of it and I did not expect them to be accepted but they were accepted. I hope to see them stay but if you must do your work because of my conflict of interest then so be it. Last year (2020) I started doing what you call "sockpuppetry" but I never knew about how frowned upon it was but I see now why it is. I did not run a spamstock farm as one user has said. Either way, I sincerely apologize for my actions. I admit my guilt for the sockpuppets of '''Blurz''' and (even though its not my account I will accept the responsibility) for '''RBTWI19-620827'''. I sincerely hope to be unblocked in the near future to continue doing what I love to do in my free time which is editing Wikipedias and uploading photos (photos I took myself) to Wikipedia so articles can use them (if necessary).}}

{{unblock reviewed |1=I anticipated this block and I will not object to it. However, I do want to object to the indefinitely. I'm willing to be blocked for a year or a longer specified time but I want to eventually get back on my account. I enjoy editing articles, making corrections, fixing sources and adding photos where necessary which is why I want to get back on my account in the future. As I have read my case I have noticed there may be other accounts popping up and I might get accused again for those. Again, the only account that was actually me was Blurz and my failure to disclose that led to this and I accept responsibility for that. RTBW is also not me but I know who it is and he was the one being paid. I just showed him how Wikipedia works and how to make articles and what not but I never anticipated that my assistance with him would lead to this and I did not anticipate him, which I suspect, making sock puppet accounts. Although I suppose being transparent about Blurz and RTWB would have made me not be accused for all of those sock puppets (which I have no idea who they are) but it was my failure to be transparent at all and for that I am sorry for my actions and I hope you reconsider the indefinite block. Excel23 (talk) 20:21, 3 July 2021 (UTC) |decline = There are no grounds here to consider lifting the block at this time. Indefinite does not mean infinite, though. At some point in the future (but likely no sooner than six months from today, see WP:SO ↗), we may be willing to consider hearing your unblock request. Note that all the accounts listed in :Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Excel23 ↗ are established to be your sockpuppets and that isn't really open to debate. Yamla (talk) 20:27, 3 July 2021 (UTC)}}
- I will accept the indefinite block and will try again in 6+ months for a review. Thank you for your time. I am logging out of Excel23 indefinitely as well.--Excel23 (talk) 20:34, 3 July 2021 (UTC)

{{unblock reviewed |1=Hello. It has now been 2 years since I last logged into this account and I want to appeal my block. As stated before the only accounts that were mine was Blurz. RBTWI19-620827 was not my account but I did know who it was. I had showed him how Wikipedia works and how to edit and make articles and he decided to make multiple accounts and recruit other people to do it as a way to bypass Wikipedia regulations. I will admit that I didn't think making another account or rather multiple accounts was wrong (at first) but of course I know that now and since he made multiple accounts it unfortunately all led back to me. I knew what he was doing but I just didn't think anything of it initially. When I realized that what was happening was going against Wikipedia regulations I was just hoping I wouldn't get caught because I had a feeling it would all be traced back to me. In the end all of those sock puppet accounts did end up getting traced back to me despite me not making any of them. In any case, I will take responsibility for what had happened and will add to my own user page what I did and my remorse for doing so. I'm not saying remorse for the sake of saying it. I am actually sorry for what had happened. There should not be multiple accounts making multiple articles and edits. There must only be one account and this is my only account. Since this is my account (and only account) and I have been doing this for years on this account I miss doing edits, making articles and adding to talk pages. Excel23 (talk) 21:03, 16 December 2023 (UTC) |accept = You know the rules: please stick to them. Strictly one account, and stay out of trouble. I have seen no evidence of socking from the most recent IP; let's hope it stays that way. Drmies (talk) 22:24, 6 January 2024 (UTC)}}
: What edits do you want to make, if unblocked? PhilKnight (talk) 16:42, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
:: A variety of topics from local sports to history. I also like adding photos to articles where articles have little to no photos or if I don't like how a photo is positioned on an article I move it to a better spot. If I continue to be blocked I will still accept that decision. In, say another 2 years, and I am still blocked and decide to again appeal it I will still continue to say the same thing. I am sorry for my past behavior and I have no reason whatsoever to do that again as it had caused my account to be blocked. I still use Wikipedia but I don't login since I am blocked and can't do anything. When I read an article on Wikipedia and don't like how it is worded or how a picture is placed or a code is wrong or an article is poorly sourced or not sourced at all I can't do anything about it which kills me.Excel23 (talk) 20:38, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
::*{{ping|GeneralNotability}} - what are your thoughts about a possible unblock? PhilKnight (talk) 21:14, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
::*:{{u|PhilKnight}}, I'm not entirely opposed. I just read through the monster of an SPI that was involved here, I'd forgotten the details. Ping {{u|MER-C}} for your input here as well. Excel23, a direct question for you: did you engage in paid editing in the past? GeneralNotability (talk) 01:59, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
::*::The scenario outlined in the appeal seems implausible but I will not exclude it. Did you, Excel23, share your device with this other person and if so, for how long? MER-C 03:43, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
::*:::I never shared my device with that person. I did know his password to RBTW which I did login to see how he edited and make changes and showed him how to do things. He never knew my password. Excel23 (talk) 14:21, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
::*::I was paid from that person because at the time when COVID was happening my income substantially declined and honestly I just needed some extra income. That was the only time I was ever paid. Excel23 (talk) 14:15, 18 December 2023 (UTC)
