ID card travel

Hi. Thanks for your additions to maps for visa requirements of South American countries. I have noticed some errors, namely Venezuela does not have ID card travel agreements with all South American countries - have a look at the Visa policy of Venezuela ↗. :Hi {{ping|Number 57}}, i uploaded the blank map because i don't have the results by party in that year (also in 1867, 1865 and 1861). My intention was to show what the electoral districts were like in those years and if one day i get the results by party, start coloring the maps. What can be obtained is the names of the deputies from each district but investigating the political orientation of each one is a lot of work.
