User Talk: Français anonyme

Welcome new user (belated)
Hello, ''' User:Français anonyme''', I see you've opened an account in Jan 2014 and began to make edits to the encyclopaedia but have never received an official welcome. Let me correct that and say you are most welcome and thank you for the many constructive edits you have made ↗ .
I'm '''Lumos3''', one of the numerous editors here. I voluntarily work as a welcomer to newcomers.
I'm posting below a standard welcome box with lots of useful links. I hope you get pleasure from editing and making Wikipedia an even better resource for the community.
I myself have come to the conclusion that editing or watching a topic is a great way to learn about it in depth and stay on top of current developments in a field.
Wikipedia encourages new members to jump in and make corrections and contributions to articles. I found the ''' Be bold ↗''' guideline particularly encouraging when I was getting started. I also found the '''Wikipedia:Cheatsheet ↗''' a useful quick reference for editing the source text but our new VisualEditor ↗ makes editing much easier (This needs to be turned on in your user preferences under beta features).
If you have any questions about the project don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page here :- User_talk:Lumos3 ↗.
Happy editing, I hope you continue to develop and improve our encyclopedia.
Lumos3 (talk) 23:42, 11 January 2015 (UTC) , '''Wikipedia Welcoming Committee ↗.'''

Disambiguation link notification for March 15
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Andrei Rostotsky ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sambo ↗ ([//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dablinks.py/Andrei_Rostotsky check to confirm] | [//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dab_solver.py/Andrei_Rostotsky?client=notify fix with Dab solver]). Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 13:32, 15 March 2020 (UTC)
Welcome!
Hello, {{BASEPAGENAME}}, and welcome to Wikipedia ↗! While efforts to improve Wikipedia are always welcome, unfortunately your contributions are not written in an English that is good enough to be useful. You appear to be more familiar with French; did you know there is a French Wikipedia ↗? You may prefer to contribute there instead. In any case, welcome to the project, and thank you for your efforts! If you need help, please feel free to notify me on my talk page. <span style="background-color:#000000;">'''<span style="color:#20D617;">Crazy</span><span style="color:#12ABFF;">Boy</span><span style="color:#FF4444;">826</span> ↗'''</span> 21:47, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
Bienvenue!
<span style="background-color:#000000;">'''<span style="color:#20D617;">Crazy</span><span style="color:#12ABFF;">Boy</span><span style="color:#FF4444;">826</span> ↗'''</span> 21:47, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright
30px|link=|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello Français anonyme! Your additions to :Ves Balodis ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted ↗ content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible ↗ copyright license. (''To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, it's important to understand and adhere to guidelines about using information from sources to prevent copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues. Here are the key points:
- '''Limited quotation:''' You may only copy or translate a ''small'' portion of a source. Any direct quotations ↗ must be enclosed in double quotation mark ↗s (") and properly cited using an inline citation ↗. More information is available on the non-free content page ↗. To learn how to cite a source, see Help:Referencing for beginners ↗. {{#ifeq: | 1 |</strong>}}
- '''Paraphrasing:''' Beyond limited quotations, you are required to put all information ''in your own words''. Following the source's wording too closely can lead to copyright issues ↗ and is not permitted; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing ↗. Even when paraphrasing, you must still cite your sources ↗ as appropriate.
- '''Image use guidelines:''' In most scenarios, only freely licensed ↗ or public domain ↗ images may be used and these should be uploaded to our sister project, Wikimedia Commons ↗. In some scenarios, non-freely copyrighted content can be used if they meet all ten of our non-free content criteria ↗; Wikipedia:Plain and simple non-free content guide ↗ may help with determining a file's eligibility.
- '''Copyrighted material donation:''' If ''you'' hold the copyright to the content you want to copy, or are a legally designated agent, you ''may'' be able to license the text for publication here. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials ↗.
- '''Copying and translation within Wikipedia:''' Wikipedia articles can be copied or translated, however they must have proper attribution in accordance with Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia ↗. For translation, see Help:Translation § License requirements ↗.
