:@Zackmann08 I actually used the preview more than a dozen times, but I guess my brain filtered out this yellow warning because my focus was on the red and green cite notices. Not the first time I wish all these warnings were standardized/combined... Well, at least the parameter values were the same. :) Thanks for taking the time to let me know, in any case. :Thanks, bot! :) Wasn't the date, actually; the template was missing ending braces (but for some reason looked fine in preview even without them, both in side-by-side mode and after hitting ''Show preview''...), and the {{parameter|doi}} had the full URL, which wasn't detected due to the template not being closed.
