Speedy deletion ↗ of :Ethylphosphine ↗
48px|left|alt=Warning icon|link= ↗
The page :Ethylphosphine ↗ has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section R2 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because it was a redirect from the article namespace ↗ to a different namespace ↗ except the Category ↗, Template ↗, Wikipedia ↗, Help ↗, or Portal ↗ namespaces.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the {{Querylink|Special:Log|qs=type=delete&page=Ethylphosphine|deleting administrator}}, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review ↗. <!-- Template:Db-rediruser-deleted --><!-- Template:Db-csd-deleted-custom --> <span style="font-family:Papyrus; color:#800080;">'''''L'''''iz</span> '''''Read!''''' ↗ '''''Talk!''''' 05:35, 5 April 2026 (UTC)
Drafts
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello, George09122001, I'm Bearcat. Please note that pages in draft space, such as Draft:Methylammonium fluoride ↗ are '''not''' allowed to be categorized alongside finished articles in mainspace, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT ↗. The page ''must'' stay ''out'' of any categories so long as it is outside mainspace, and this is ''not'' an optional rule that you're free to disregard or ignore.
You can provisionally list categories in your draft without affecting content categories by using one of the methods described here ↗.
As the page has had to be pulled out of categories twice in four days, ''do not'' readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. Note as well that there can be consequences for disruption ↗ if it doesn't stop, such as page protection ↗ or deletion ↗ and/or the temporary or permanent suspension ↗ of your editing privileges.<!-- Template:Uw-draftnocat --> Bearcat (talk) 21:22, 9 April 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Dideuterated ethane ↗
48px|left|alt=|link= ↗
{{Quote box|quote=<p>If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article ↗.</p><p>You may want to consider using the Article Wizard ↗ to help you create articles.</p>|width=20%|align=right}}
A tag has been placed on :Dideuterated ethane ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗, because it is:
- a disambiguation page with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" which lists only one extant Wikipedia page (i.e., there is a primary topic ↗);
- a disambiguation page that lists zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
- a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" whose target is neither a disambiguation page nor page that has a disambiguation-like function.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and removing the speedy deletion tag. <!-- Template:Db-disambig-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> Annh07 (talk) 08:29, 26 April 2026 (UTC)

Isotopolog articles
Hi George, you appear to be writing lots of drafts on compounds containing deuterium. For references we need more than a CAS or PubChem database entry. Instead we need scientific papers or book content to show that they have been studied and information is known about them. For example how do their properties vary with the common form of the substance? What is the spectrum, optical, infrared or microwave? What happens in biological or geochemical systems? Is it used? Is it measured to get some information about something? A bunch of one-line drafts are not as useful as one big article with lots of information. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 22:23, 27 April 2026 (UTC)
Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Draft:Perdeuterated ethane ↗

{{Quote box|quote=<p>If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article ↗.</p><p>You may want to consider using the Article Wizard ↗ to help you create articles.</p>|width=20%|align=right}}
A tag has been placed on :Draft:Perdeuterated ethane ↗ requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, as it exhibits signs of having been generated by an AI model with no clear human review. Text produced by these applications is prohibited on Wikipedia ↗.
For further information, see section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion ↗.
If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may '''contest the nomination''' by visiting the page ↗ and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines ↗. Additionally – if you would like to create an article but find it difficult, please ask for help at the Teahouse ↗.<!-- Template:Db-llm-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <span class="nowrap">--Gurkubondinn</span> 15:14, 2 May 2026 (UTC)
Image-classes for chembox images
George,
This edit ↗ was flagged as possibly having an invalid chembox parameter. Did actually accomplish your goal for both images? DMacks (talk) 23:20, 18 May 2026 (UTC)
Isotopes articles
To add to a fellow editor's comments above about the isotope-substituted hydrocarbons, if you decide to move some of this material to mainspace, one suggestion would be to ''not'' create individual articles on each isotopologue and each isotopomer. For example, the ''collection'' of compounds with the formula C2H6-xDx could be the basis of one article. Most editors here, I think, would agree that such an approach would best serve our readers.--Smokefoot (talk) 14:22, 23 May 2026 (UTC)
:Even more importantly, make sure you add a citation to every fact and opinion or analysis, using a published secondary source, where the source specifically relates to the chemical in question. That includes calling things "subtle", "minute", and specific spectroscopic or kinetic values. Synthesis of ideas ↗ is strictly forbidden on wikipedia. DMacks (talk) 12:13, 25 May 2026 (UTC)

Pferdestärke
Please stop adding Pferdestärke (PS, metric horsepower) to conversion templates for modern North American vehicles. There is no reason for it to be included on such articles and it is thoroughly unhelpful. --Sable232 (talk) 21:42, 4 June 2026 (UTC)
