Files with deleted revisions don't need to be marked do not move to Commons

What it says on the tin. I'm an admin that does a lot of file transfer and I check all this stuff - you can add it to the category of files that need undeletion before moving to Commons, but DNMTC is very confusing to add and should only be used on media that is unsuitable entirely. I appreciate your work in making copyright information more accurate for files, but please take this into account for the future as we try and crawl through everything that really is PD this year. <span style="color:#300660">Sennecaster</span> (<span style="color:#863C75fc">Chat</span>) 05:25, 1 January 2026 (UTC)
