Takashi Inoguchi
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for contributing to the article :Deaths in 2024 ↗. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable ↗ through reliable sources ↗, preferably using inline citations ↗. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia ↗, or ask at the Teahouse ↗. With regard to Takashi Inoguchi ↗, I saw you added a citation to International Business Times; there is Wikipedia consensus that this is not a reliable source (see WP:IBTIMES ↗) and the link in question does not quote sources itself. Also there is no other reported confirmation about the death at this time, though this may very well change.<!-- Template:uw-unreliable --> JRHorse (talk) 16:12, 28 November 2024 (UTC)

February 2026
Hello and thank you for your good work! How does something like this ↗ happen without the fact that he is dead even being added to his article? Best wishes, SergeWoodzing (talk) 11:01, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
:Hello! I can only speak for myself but the way that I find out when a person has died is simply just from looking at the news section on google and typing “has died”, “passed away”, “passes away”, “dies at” and “died at” in the search bar. Then afterwards, some editors on the Deaths in 2026 ↗ will start adding information to the deceased person’s page. 😉👍 Griffter12 (talk) 11:09, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
::I also check to see what has been added on the other languages ↗ section and add whoever hasn’t been added to the English page yet. Griffter12 (talk) 11:17, 15 February 2026 (UTC)
in lang for Czech Republic
Hi. Just a quickie. When entering Czech people into Deaths in 2026 ↗ with Czech sources, you seem to be entering the in lang as "cz", and that then shows an error. The correct in lang is "cs". Best wishes. '''Ref''' <small>(chew)</small><small><small>(do)</small></small> ↗ 07:03, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
