I think it's not me who has to read about Magellan...

Magellan died in the Philippines. And then Elcano took over command and decided to return to Spain going west instead of returning east as it was originally intended. It's a bit difficult to circumnavigate the world while you are dead, don't you agree? I'm not going to change it back again. Now it's your fault and your responsability that the article is wrong.

This can even be seen in the name of the book: "Magellan's Voyage: A Narrative Account of the First Circumnavigation". While the voyage may be occasionally referred to as the Magellan–Elcano circumnavigation ↗, "Magellan's circumnavigation ↗" is more common, and as far as I know, "Elcano's circumnavigation" is not generally used to refer to the voyage. Going against convention would be confusing. If you still believe that this should be changed, you can start a discussion about it on the article's talk page.
