Just wanted to thank you for editing in the reference to the SNES port for the Doom 64 section. In retrospect I probably should have guessed that was what the original editor was talking about, but when making that edit I was totally at a loss.--Martin IIIa (talk) 17:12, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Wrong use of WP:Logical quotation ↗
Hello, Holothurion. I am not sure why you made this edit ↗ to the Megan Fox ↗ article, when "logical quotation" regarding punctuation outside of quotation marks on Wikipedia only applies to sentence fragments. This is why I reverted you on this matter. Flyer22 (talk) 21:44, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
IP block exempt
I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking ↗. This will allow you to edit through full blocks ↗ affecting your IP address ↗ when you are logged in.
Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption ↗ carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions ↗.
Note in particular that you are '''not''' permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies ↗, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.
Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).
I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. <b style="font-family:Calibri; font-size:14px; color:#4682B4;">Elockid</b> (<span style="color:#99BADD;">Talk</span>) 16:54, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

National varieties of English
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ In a recent edit to the page :The Magician's Nephew ↗, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English ↗ in Wikipedia articles.
For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the ''original'' author used.
In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style ↗. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk ↗. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-lang --> Elizium23 (talk) 02:53, 26 August 2014 (UTC)

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge ↗ has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge ↗. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic) ↗. For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon ↗, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Disambiguation link notification for March 20
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jodha Akbar (TV series) ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Jodha Bai ↗ ([//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dablinks.py/Jodha_Akbar_%28TV_series%29 check to confirm] | [//dispenser.info.tm/~dispenser/cgi-bin/dab_solver.py/Jodha_Akbar_%28TV_series%29?client=notify fix with Dab solver]). Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

April 2021
25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hi Holothurion! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at :OK boomer ↗ that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia{{Snd}} it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections ↗ or reverting obvious vandalism ↗. Any edit that changes the ''meaning'' of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit ↗ for more information. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-minor --> — Mikehawk10 (talk) 03:58, 3 April 2021 (UTC)
