I wanted to let you know that Wikipedia is not a place for making up random nonsense for fun. It is common knowledge that administrators are not wizards, but ''Game Masters''. Updating Wikipedia:Archive.today guidance/high traffic pages index

Hello! How did you update Wikipedia:Archive.today guidance/high traffic pages index ↗ to have the right data for February? I assume you didn't do it manually. Now that it's April, it needs to be updated for March. – Scyrme (talk) 04:51, 5 April 2026 (UTC)

:I did do it manually. I went to topviews ↗, clicked "download", and selected the "CSV" option. I imported the CSV into LibreOffice Calc. Next, I added a column to the right of the "page" column and added a function into the new column to add the wikitext link markup (<nowiki>=""&A1&" ↗"</nowiki>). I then applied this function to every cell in the column up until the end of the "page" data. I flattened this column by pasting the function output back into the "page" column. I deleted the new column I made, in addition to the "edits" and "editors" columns. I then used meta:CSV to Wikitable ↗ to convert the output into a wikitable and added it to the page.
