Apparent misunderstanding of "Governance" and "Admissions"
Aa in this edit ↗, you repeatedly list WP:WPSCH/AG#OS ↗ as your purported justification to rearrange content in articles for schools. As you've done many times before, you are editing an article for a comprehensive public high school, one that admits all students without any selectivity and is administered by a principal. Yet you insist that these details belong in sections described as being for {{Tq|Governance – Describe the legal status of the school, its foundation deed if private, and – if state-funded – the controlling authority and the composition of the governing body.}} and {{Tq|Admissions – (if notable) Describe admissions procedures at 11 and 16, showing the criteria and priorities in cases of over-subscription. This is the place to discuss fees and bursaries.}}
As a public high school, the school is governed by a school board. There are no details about how the school is governed in the '''Governance''' section you created, including nothing about the school's legal status, controlling authority or the composition of the governing body. I'm even more baffled about the '''Admissions''' section, which has no details of the admissions process (nor can I understand what "11 and 16" has to do here in this article), nor are there criteria for over-subscription, because that has no relevance here, or for fees or whatever bursaries are. In this section you've chosen to insert details about the number of students and their demographics, which doesn't match the description, at all.
no matter how many times you've made these kinds of edits to this kind of articles, the criteria you're applying just don't fit. It seems that you're trying to use a guideline written with posh UK private schools in mind and using them for ordinary US public high schools in a manner that makes no sense based on the editing advice you point to. Why are you insisting on rearranging articles in a manner that simply doesn't match the advice page that you repeatedly point to as your rationalization? Alansohn (talk) 03:03, 26 June 2026 (UTC)
:@Alansohn Okay, I see what you are referring too. I did a few edits on that page, the edit you pointed out, I trimmed some of the lower level finishes. However, I think I see what you mean regarding the formatting. I was attempting to adjust the formatting and structure to be more in line with other American public high schools. If you believe that there would of been a better way of adjusting that page, I would suggest that you undue my edit and improve the article. Issac I Navarro (talk) 03:16, 26 June 2026 (UTC)

super chill
hey i just wanted to say even if we took diff stances on the rfc you've been super chill throughout in my interactions with you so i just wanted to give you kudos and reiterate again that i wasnt trying to infer you should get in trouble, i was more meaning you removing the image felt like a clear case of WP:IAR ↗ to me there was no point having the dyk bogged down just to stand on ceremony when it was becoming increasingly clear which way the tide was blowing lol sorry i just wanted to reiterate here and off the article talk page so as not to overly derail the convo but i in no way think you need to go to some admin noticeboard for doing it and i just wanted to make that clear my opinion was just that you couldve also just closed the rfc when you did it but i totally get why you didnt as well sorry if it came off like i was trying to get you in trouble or something Ibnqirtaiba (talk) 23:38, 2 July 2026 (UTC)
RFC
Side note, you made the right call not closing the RFC. I think consensus is quite obvious here and even though *technically* involved editors can close an RFC in this case, you doing so likely would have raised objections just given the nature of the discussion. I do hope it gets put to rest soon… —Myceteae‍🍄🟫 (talk) 23:43, 2 July 2026 (UTC)
:okay yeah thats totally fair and i hadnt really considered that fact, tbh when i said they couldve just closed it i didn't think anyone would object since they held the opposite position of what they were doing with the removal but im also hella new and know only that i know nothing Ibnqirtaiba (talk) 23:49, 2 July 2026 (UTC)
::@Ibnqirtaiba I mean, that would be a sensible view, but given the vehement ongoing stance of a few in the vocal minority I think it would cause a small uproar. —Myceteae‍🍄🟫 (talk) 00:12, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
:::@Myceteae, Indeed, I definitely have expressed a middle of the rode take on this matter with my very week keep. I didn't necessary think it was all that appropriate for me to be the one doing the closing.
:::However, I felt comfortable removing the file; prolonging a DYK for a indefinite amount of time from the main page, due to a snowballing issue made no sense. Issac I Navarro (talk) 00:42, 3 July 2026 (UTC)
::::I left a closure request at WP:CR ↗{{snd}}Talk:Clop (erotic fan art)#RfC about images on this page ↗. ::::::@Myceteae {{Thumbs up}} Thank you, it seems that it's time to close it. You are right that there has been newer comments. That is one of the reasons why I didn't do it.
