Since she was the 1st runner-up of Miss Belgium 2025, and Miss Belgium holds the license to send representatives to Miss Grand International 2025, does that mean Jane Baesen, as the 1st runner-up, is automatically selected by the organization to compete in Miss Grand?

:Even if she was the 1st runner-up in Miss Belgium and the organization holds the MGI license, the article must provide explicit proof that she is indeed Miss Grand Belgium 2025. Otherwise, any reference could be considered valid.
