Mitski infobox image

Hi @Iykykafaik, I'm reaching out because I've reverted the infobox image you added to Mitski ↗'s page. I know there aren't any set guidelines for image quality, but I looked through the full set ↗ I sourced my image from and couldn't find anything better, so we probably aren't gonna be able to compromise on this one. I just personally feel that the photo being black-and-white does more harm than good for the composition, and there isn't much of a benefit. Black midi skirt (talk) 23:16, 25 June 2026 (UTC)

:I'm not super fussed about it, but I think with an artful crop there are definitely better choices in there for an encyclopedia article. It should ideally be one where you can fully see the subject's face. Iykykafaik (talk) 23:34, 25 June 2026 (UTC)
::It has mostly to do with her poses or facial features looking unflattering. I plan to do extensive work on the article, so I wanted something "definitive" for the infobox. She looked way too pink in the previous image ↗, which was also way too tall. I considered this one ↗, which is somewhat more straightforward, but the current pick speaks more to her personal nature.
