Is there a reason you completely blanked this page? Even if the content is, as you say, fraud https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mark_Rafael_Bringas&diff=825374258&oldid=825374195 ↗ you can fix it with correct content instead of blanking can't you? As well, just because it is PROD doesn't mean everything should be deleted.

Fraud article.

:: I did some quick research and you are probably right, however, there are ways to go about deleting this article besides blanking. There is a notice at the top of the page that says it will be deleted on February 18 2018 if no progress is made, however I will go and see if I can get this speedily deleted as a hoax.
