With Hill and Patterson's numbers on their own pages, it seemed appropriate to put the numbers on. Before you commented you should have looked at THIER pages first.

Reusing references

If you want to reuse a references that's already cited earlier in an article, as long as the first reference uses the "name" parameter, you can do this to use that reference subsequently (note the closing forward slash)
