25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hi Kirsten Jørgensdatter! I noticed that you recently made an edit at :Western culture ↗ and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit ↗" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typo ↗s or reverting obvious vandalism ↗. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. lp0 on fire () 22:23, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
:Thank you for the clarification on "minor" vs "major".
:"A good rule of thumb is that only edits consisting solely of spelling corrections, formatting changes, or rearrangement of text without modification of the content may be flagged as minor edits."
:I will avoid checking the "minor" box going forward. Kirsten Jørgensdatter (talk) 22:53, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
:How about just adding a Wikilink (e.g. turning an unlinked name in an article into a link that goes to the Wikipedia page for that person in an article where that person is first mentioned and no Wikilink for that person in that article existed)? Kirsten Jørgensdatter (talk) 23:02, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
::Edits that just add links can usually be marked as minor, although that isn't a firm rule; if a Wikilink might generate controversy, then don't mark it as minor. lp0 on fire () 13:17, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
Saw your requests for citations on Heliocentrism ↗
{{Citation needed}} is generally only used when citations are lacking. For clarity's sake, you can use {{Better source needed}} when a source exists, but you think it is inadequate. (Much better for understanding the problem) I have already updated the two instances on the article, happy editing :) FutureFlowsLoveYou (talk) 06:31, 3 January 2026 (UTC)
CS1 error on Bruno Latour ↗
25px|alt=|link= ↗ Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have '''automatically detected''' that this edit ↗ performed by you, on the page :Bruno Latour ↗, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A ISBN ↗ error. References show this error when the ISBN value or formatting is invalid. Please edit the article to ensure the value is correct, that only one ISBN is used, that the proper optional separators are used, and that no other text is included. LTA
Hello, I think that the strange encounter at Talk:Scientific Revolution ↗ lately was very likely to be this ↗ WP:LTA ↗ who has a history of similar behavior, including ridiculous conflict of interest claims. If you also think it's likely after checking the archive there, I recommend filing a new report. If you encounter this person again, per WP:BE ↗ they should normally be reverted or ignored. Happy editing, ~2026-10830-00 ↗ (talk) 22:40, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
:I have only been a Wikipedia editor since 2025. I have never filed a "report" before and don't actually know how to do that. Kirsten Jørgensdatter (talk) 23:24, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
