Hello Lategreatanddead

I wanted to let you know how impressive your overhaul of the border reivers ↗ page was. I have really enjoyed reading it (and learned a lot from doing so). Thanks for putting so much work into a page that covers a truly fascinating period (and region) of Scottish history. -matt898 (talk) 18:42, 19 June 2026 (UTC)

:@Matt898 Thanks so much for your comments. I started with a basic idea from Steel Bonnets and Moffat's book and it snowballed from there - I learnt a huge amount from writing the article. I may add more as I go, but I have used all the books and sources that I could find - so I will keep my eye on JSTOR and the bookshops for anything new!
