::Hi Lucy Lostword. On Wikimedia Commons there is the licensing template Template:Fanart ↗. Unfortunately, this template isn't on English wikipedia. There is also the page Commons:Fan art ↗ on commons, which explains some of the (difficult) legal principles at issue here.
