The tricentennial of BWV 39 ↗ is coming up, on Sunday or on 23 June, depending on the point of view. Any help with that unusual article is appreciated, especially lilypond for the closing chorale. We have an image of the music and a an instrumental ogg file in which I don't really hear a bass. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:57, 5 June 2026 (UTC)
Thank you so much for that music, and fixing all the poems I was too lazy to touch! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:39, 7 June 2026 (UTC)
Yesterday was the former German Unity Day, installed when unity was just a dream. I had a story to match, and today, it's another one, with music by Bach ↗ and Mendelssohn ↗ to match, - a DYK hook 15 years ago, which seems like from a different world. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:04, 18 June 2026 (UTC)
The "soaring violin" for Bach's early cantata was a special treat: thank you! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:19, 30 June 2026 (UTC)
