Speedy deletion ↗ nomination of :Rex in Rome ↗

48px|left ↗ Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox ↗ for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page ↗ if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard ↗.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding <code>{{tl|hangon}}</code> to '''the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion ↗''' (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on '''the talk page ↗''' explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for ''speedy'' deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins ↗ to request that they userfy ↗ the page or have a copy emailed to you. <!-- Template:Db-test-notice --> <!-- Template:Db-csd-notice-custom --> <span style="color:green">Ten Pound Hammer</span>, his otters and a clue-bat • (Many otters ↗One bat ↗One hammer) 20:38, 20 April 2010 (UTC)

25px ↗ Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style ↗ that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Please take a look at the welcome page ↗ to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.<!-- Template:uw-mos1 -->

25px ↗ Welcome to Wikipedia. Although one of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view ↗, we would like to remind you not to undo other people's edits, as you did to the page :Sunrise (TV program) ↗, without explaining why in an edit summary ↗. Note that the three-revert rule ↗ prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule ↗. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes ↗ to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus ↗ among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution ↗, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection ↗. Thank you.<!-- {{uw-3rr1}} -->

25px ↗ Please refrain from repeatedly undoing other people's edits, as you are doing in :Sunrise (TV program) ↗. It appears you may be engaged in an '''edit war ↗'''. The three-revert rule (3RR) ↗ prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring ↗, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule ↗. Rather than reverting, please discuss disputed changes on the talk page. Thank you.<!-- {{uw-3rr2}} -->

ArbCom elections are now open! ↗

Hi,<br>
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election ↗. The Arbitration Committee ↗ is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process ↗. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans ↗, topic bans ↗, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy ↗ describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. for updating the zig zag information - btw the usage of perth, australia is strongly discouraged on english wikipedia as there is at least one other valid settlement in Tasmania with the same name - also there was a war (if you look at the talk page of ''perth'' there are remnants in evidence) over the usage of the word Perth alone. There is no specific 'rule' as to usage on your user page - just a passing comment. Thanks again for updating 'hills' items - we do indeed lack adequate numbers of editors to specifically keep items updated in Australian project in general - it is appreciated that you have done so. Invitation to participate in a research

Hello,

The Wikimedia Foundation is conducting a survey of Wikipedians to better understand what draws administrators to contribute to Wikipedia, and what affects administrator retention. We will use this research to improve experiences for Wikipedians, and address common problems and needs. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this '''anonymous survey ↗'''.

You do not have to be an Administrator to participate.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page ↗ and view its privacy statement ↗ .

Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind Regards,
