Unfortunately, the article you cited does not seem to refer to a street in Jakarta. If I understand correctly, it discusses the word ''Cendana'' and the reason Suharto family is called ''Keluarga Cendana'', but does not refer to any metonymic usage. Therefore, I removed the bit you added.
It is entirely possible that I misread the article and it does discuss metonymy elsewhere. If that is the case, feel free to re-add the text. But could I ask you, in that case, to quote the bit that discusses metonymy? You can use <code>quote=</code> in the cite web template.
