25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions ↗, such as the edit(s) you made to :XPO, Inc. ↗, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted ↗. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines ↗. You can find information about these at our welcome page ↗ which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia ↗. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page ↗. I don't think the citations you removed were citation overkill but feel free to object the article page and tag me.<!-- Template:uw-disruptive1 --> Sangsangaplaz (talk) 15:55, 28 November 2023 (UTC)
:Hi @Sangsangaplaz it seemed that the additions articles were from smaller less notable publications and were just quoting the main higher authority articles (NYT & WSJ) so I removed them since the main articles were better and carried more weight in my opinion, especially the RXO articles. Palmbeachrunner (talk) 15:31, 30 November 2023 (UTC)
::I echo Sangsangaplaz's concerns. Deleting those citations a second time was even worse. MrOllie (talk) 17:10, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
:::I'm unsure as to what I am missing? As i mentioned above Palmbeachrunner (talk) 17:19, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
Edit request for DICK's Sporting Goods.
Hi Palmbeach runner, I am employed by Dick's Sporting Goods ↗ and am working to update the page. I see that you are an avid runner, and that you have made contributions to the Boston Marathon ↗ page in the past. I hope you will consider implementing the edit request I posted at Talk:Dick's Sporting Goods#Updates to the page ↗ which references the Boston Marathon. The CFO has been updated, but there are new items to the Partnerships and sponsorships section that I think should be added. Thank you, Amanda144 (talk) 14:59, 6 February 2024 (UTC)

Sources
Greetings, Palmbeachrunner!
You recently edited Edward Ball (businessman) ↗ and removed two sources as ''unreliable''.
On Wikipedia, how do you determine that a source is ''unreliable''? <span style="color:purple">Mgrē@sŏn</span> (<span style="color:purple">Talk</span> ↗) 17:49, 5 February 2025 (UTC)
- Because you did not respond, I must assume your edit was unjustified, so I will revert it. <span style="color:purple">Mgrē@sŏn</span> (<span style="color:purple">Talk</span> ↗) 03:08, 12 February 2025 (UTC)
- :Hi @Mgreason -- apologies.. I am not on Wikipedia as much as I would like to be and I am just now seeing your message. I removed the sources, both from "Funding Universe", as I was under the impression that this is a site that isn't necessarily accurate as it is unclear where they source their information. If you have evidence that this is a reliable source then please let me know and I will refrain from removing it again. Palmbeachrunner (talk) 16:16, 13 February 2025 (UTC)
- ::When adding references to a BLP, I have gotten a message that tells me that a source is not reliable. I have looked through the Wiki documentation and have not found any definitive guidance about "unreliable sources". These were external links, so they may not get checked because Ball is not living. I tested funding universe as a source on a living person and it did not reject. Hmmm....
