Testing maths fonts

The quadratic equation wiki page had this mess

<math display=block>ax^2 + bx + c = 0\,,</math>
where the variable ↗ {{math|''x''}} represents an unknown number,

There are three ways to do maths:

1 Using < math >... < /math >, which gives latex style,
<math>x</math>

2 Using { { math | } } , the wiki math formatting, with the x in two quotes
{{math|''x''}}

3 And finally tmath, in brace with pipe but no quotes
{{tmath|x}}

Disambiguation link notification for December 13

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of named differential equations ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Logistic equation ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 19:54, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
