Use of primary census coords in articles

Please exercise care in changing coordinates currently in articles to ones provided by the US Census database, a primary source. In most cases the census coordinates are a bit better than the atrocious GNIS coordinates, but even they are not good at pointing to the historic center (or any center) of towns.
