Personal attacks
The next time you decide to post personal attacks on another editor, please make sure you do it where it won't be seen. Calling my last edit here "condescending" just because ''you'' removed a maintenance template without resolving the issue and ''lied'' in our edit summary, and then following that with calling me a "lazy editor wishing only to complain" both fail no personal attacks ↗. Don't do that again. - Adolphus79 (talk) 21:06, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
:I mean, we can both admit that we acted in bad faith towards one another, or we can just move on and call it a day. You called me a ''liar'', I considered that a needlessly personal dig. Rusted AutoParts 21:10, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
::How did I act in bad faith? I gave you a level 1 warning for removing a template without resolving the issue (which you very clearly did), and told you not to lie in your edit summaries (which you very clearly did), I made no comments about you, no personal attacks. But you chose to cast aspersions against me ↗ twice in retaliation. - Adolphus79 (talk) 21:20, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
:::Yeah, figuring someone as "lying" when I was pointing to another section for where the sources for the titles can be found is rather inflammatory and obnoxious. Especially when we had no prior dialogue with you.....ever. Some random editor making remarks in edit summaries saying I was "lying" about my edit when, me referring to sources in another section is irrelevant when the filmography section was not sourced at all. Like I said, we can both agree bad faith on both ends, or we can just move on. Either way, I wish not to keep being pestered. Rusted AutoParts 21:26, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
::::Again, please point out where I acted in bad faith? There was ZERO mention of audiobooks or video games in the above section, nor half the television credits, hence, they were obviously not sourced. There were ZERO citations in that section, hence, the maintenance tag. Gosh, who's being condescending now? You continue to cast aspersions against me for absolutely no reason! If you don't want to be called a liar, there's an easy fix for that, don't lie... and definitely don't make any more retaliatory personal attacks against other editors just because you got caught. - Adolphus79 (talk) 21:34, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
:::::You negated the level 1 warning with the liar accusations, which in my opinion was bad faith. I literally just articulated why this bothered me. And I even just detailed a means of highlighting why my edit was wrong without the needless liar accusation. It was a choice to be pointedly bad faithed since that to me was the faith I was being extended there. You seem have a history of not dropping the stick. As I have said, we can both admit needless bad faith and move on, or this can just be dropped. Either way, please leave me alone. Rusted AutoParts 21:39, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
::::::At this point, I need an apology. I never acted in bad faith or attacked you, but you are being very uncivil, making personal attacks against me, and casting aspersions for absolutely no reason. All of which are big no-no's here (and which you have a long history of ↗, since you apparently chose to go through my talk page history to find something else to attack me about). Either that, or we can get an admin involved? - Adolphus79 (talk) 21:45, 21 June 2026 (UTC)
:::::::You literally started this, I repeatedly demonstrated how I felt bad faith was pointed my way so no, I'm not randomly casting aspersions, and you are now hounding me ↗ when I have repeatedly said I don't want to be bothered. I directly asked you to ''leave me alone'' and now you are demanding apologies. I don't owe you one. ''Leave me alone''. Rusted AutoParts 21:49, 21 June 2026 (UTC)

I am genuinely sorry for giving you a warning template and suggesting you not "lie" in your edit summaries. I should have learned my lesson about interacting with other editors long ago, and wish I would stop doing so, but it is difficult to watch other editors make mistakes without trying to help. I know my help is unwanted. - Adolphus79 (talk) 03:05, 22 June 2026 (UTC)
