25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, your own website, websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight, expressing views that are widely acknowledged as extremist, that are promotional in nature, or that rely heavily on rumors and personal opinions, as one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable ↗ through reliable sources ↗, preferably using inline citations ↗. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia ↗, or ask at the Teahouse ↗. Thank you.<!-- Template:uw-unreliable --> MrOllie (talk) 19:14, 21 June 2023 (UTC)

:Very well. That being said, the article should have some mention of the "Grounded video" genre, since they were made as a result of the hatred to the show and Googling Caillou often brings them up as top results. SavagePanda845 (talk) 19:25, 21 June 2023 (UTC)
::We mention what we can source - find a source that complies with WP:RS ↗ and we'll mention it. MrOllie (talk) 19:28, 21 June 2023 (UTC)

Wikipedia and copyright

30px|link=|alt=Control copyright icon ↗ Hello SavagePanda845! Your additions to :University of Minnesota Old Campus Historic District ↗ have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain ↗ or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably free and compatible ↗ copyright license. (''To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission ↗''.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright ↗ and plagiarism ↗ issues.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked ↗ from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. <!-- Template:uw-copyright-new --> — Diannaa (talk) 13:26, 1 October 2023 (UTC)

:Images I upload were personally taken by me. I followed the procedure correctly, and provided the proper copyright statement so I'm not quite sure why you chose to remove it. The image even included the EXIF data. SavagePanda845 (talk) 21:59, 3 October 2023 (UTC)

::I noticed that you removed my edits, despite them being properly cited and in my own words, making them perfectly valid. Care to explain why? If there's an issue, in which you believe the edit is too similar to the source, then edit it and give the original editor a friendly reminder, don't erase the content entirely. It would also be nice if you gave me an actual example of what edits were problematic, instead of a generic copyright warning message. You can tell by my prior response that I at first thought you were talking about the images I uploaded. Geez Louise. SavagePanda845 (talk) 22:09, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
:::Here is a link to the CopyPatrol report ↗. Click on the iThenticate link to view what was found by the detection service. Sorry, but since there's only a handful of people working on copyright cleanup and a high volume of cases to be assessed each day, discussion of each individual violation is not practical, and neither is rewriting the added content. — Diannaa (talk) 00:04, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
::::Understood, thank you. SavagePanda845 (talk) 13:23, 4 October 2023 (UTC)

25px ↗ Hello. I wanted to let you know that your recent edit(s) to the Jurassic Park (film) ↗ plot summary have been removed because they added a significant amount of unnecessary detail. Disambiguation link notification for July 21

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1992 Los Angeles riots ↗, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Los Santos ↗. Such links are usually incorrect ↗, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. <small>(Read the FAQ{{*}} Join us at the DPL WikiProject ↗.)</small>

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 20:18, 21 July 2024 (UTC)

Fallout: New Vegas downloadable content ↗ moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Fallout: New Vegas downloadable content ↗, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable ↗, independent sources ↗. <small>(? ↗)</small> Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability ↗ is of central importance ↗ on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace ↗ (with a prefix of "<code>Draft:</code>" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline ↗ and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. -->{{divbox|blue|3=I think this is ultimately one that will be passed, and imitates existing practice for Bethesda DLC such as Fallout 3 downloadable content ↗, but the sourcing doesn't quite show it - for one, there's still a lot of work to do on reception: all we're citing is the Metacritic aggregate scores, which takes up 6 of the 15 citations. Other than that, there's some listicles and routine coverage on release dates. Just needs a little more work on sourcing. Any metacommentary on the DLC of the game as a whole?}}

:Thank you for the timely review. I saw the note that it could take up to two months and had assumed that would be the case, so I figured I would get the ball rolling and continuously update it in the meantime. One of those additions would be the reception sections and the summary at the top. FO3's DLC page was what I was trying to model it after. SavagePanda845 (talk) 20:44, 18 April 2026 (UTC)

Help with the NV DLC Draft?

I've been watching the page for a while and thought it would be a good place to get some experience in sourcing. I can work on some of the reception sections if you would like the help. PaladinDenn (talk) 19:16, 19 April 2026 (UTC)

25px|alt=Information icon ↗ Thank you for your contributions ↗ to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to :4 World Trade Center (1975–2001) ↗ when you modified the page, you introduced {{cl|Unknown parameters|unknown parameters}}. Just because you specify {{para|some_param|{{var|some_variable}}}} does not always mean that variable will display. The {{para|some_param}} must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview ↗ button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a '''Show preview''' button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history ↗ of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk ↗ for assistance.
Thank you.<!-- User:Zackmann08/uw/Unknown-params-warning --> '''<span style="color:#00d5ff !important">Zack</span><span style="color:#007F94 !important">mann</span>''' (<sup>Talk to me ↗</sup>/<sub><span style="color:orange !important">What I been doing</span> ↗</sub>) 03:13, 1 May 2026 (UTC)

:Hi there. I'm well aware of the preview feature and how infoboxes work, thank you. I looked at the edit, and the "unknown parameter" was simply a "=" accidentally being removed; an error on my part likely due to the edit being made from the app. SavagePanda845 (talk) 02:51, 2 May 2026 (UTC)
