You were inserting a new heading and a blank section for no reason. It was also a revert of a previous edit with no explanation as to why you were reverting the edit. When you edit you need to provide a clear edit summary of what you are doing. Simply using a catch-all, canned edit summary is not acceptable and is missleading.
