Stop incorrectly changing quotation marks to italics

Per the Wikipedia guideline MOS:QUOTETITLE ↗ / MOS:MINORWORK ↗, use quotation marks for titles of article ↗s and other minor works, and italics for titles of book ↗s and other major works. Stop incorrectly changing quotation marks to italics in List of important publications in philosophy ↗; the titles that use quotation marks are minor works, so the quotation marks are correct. Hi Sirtinia, I just sent you an official Wikipedia "thank you" for one of your edits. But it was really meant to acknowledge you for all of the glitches of mine that you corrected this year and last. Alas, I am not the WP editor I once was – the only times I've been on here since 2020 were May 2024 and this month – and eking out what remains of my shareworthy knowledge has been challenging for me.
