You see, the institution that he worked, IME-USP, changed its name from "Institute of Mathematics and Statistics" to " Institute of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science". Hello,

I've worked on a few biographies and never seen the birth year included. Short descriptions are not an area that I'm deeply plugged into, but adding the birth year seems odd and a bit inconsistent with other pages. : Hello, I am not an expert either, but I think it is considered the practice to add the dates when that information is known. At least, that has been common from what I have seen. There is some information here ↗, but I also don't feel strongly about it for the Brewer page!
