In this edit ↗ you changed the sub heading from Civic Centre to Civic centre - this stops the internal wikilinking from targeting (and landing at) the correct section.

Please note Civic Centre is a noun-proper, and as such should be shown thus, not conforming to MOS:HEADINGS ↗ which states "Section headings should generally...be presented in sentence case".
